Mohammed Abul
Partner
Mohammad Abul is a managing partner in AGC and the Chairman/CEO of Waref holding Company. He has extensive experience in managing companies in Kuwait and in the Middle East. He was EVP business development at Al Kout Industrial Projects Company. Before that, he was a regional VP at Gulf Cryo holding company, a regional leader in industrial gases. Mohammad was the Chairman of Shuaiba Oxygen Company, board member in Al Kout Industrial Projects Company, board member in Al Dorra Petroleum Services Company and board member in Al Ahlia Chemical Company. At the beginning of his career he worked in KPC international marketing and then join KGL, a logistics and supply chain company. Mohammad holds Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Maastricht School of management in Netherlands and Bachelor of Since in Mechanical Engineering from the university of Toledo in Ohio, USA.
Mohammed Alawazzan

Mohammad Alwazzan is a founding partner at Avant Garde Consulting. He has worked during the past 16 years with multiple specialized teams on may consulting and advisory projects for companies in commercial, industrial, and financial sectors. Earlier in his career he has worked at the Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking department at Global Investment House on many private placements and advisory contracts and has been involved in the restructuring of distressed companies.
Mohammad has successfully co established multiple companies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in the industrial, construction and services sectors. He has participated in drafting the strategic plans for multiple organizations and was responsible for the execution of some plans as well. He has multiple representations in the board of directors, audit, and risk committees for companies and entities.
Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University, USA. Mohammad was selected for Kuwait Initiative for Leaders of Development (Thukhur) program at (Cornell University ILR School, New York). He also has completed a long term advanced intensive programs in strategic planning.
Ameen Nadoom

Ameen Nadoom a founding partner of Avant Garde Consulting. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Ruba, a smart digital platform helping parents discover and apply to the ideal private school or nursery. He also co-founded Baby Spa Kuwait back in 2019, an international franchise providing hydrotherapy and massage to infants from birth to 9 months.
Ameen gained most of his experience in Management Consulting with McKinsey & Company and BCG, serving private and public sector clients in the region. He worked on a full-fledged digital transformation, with a focus on the future state organization structure, sizing and hiring. He gained experience in the GCC labor market with a focus on training development, employment support and policy and reform topics. He has also worked with a leading GCC institutional investor to set their 5-year strategy plans.
Ameen spent several years in the Industry as a Sales & Marketing Manager with Al-Kout Industrial Projects and Gulf Cryo, taking part in their long-term strategic plans. He has also worked as a part-time consultant to leading clients such as LV Americas, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, SunGard Availability Services, and IKEA.
Ameen has a M.Sc. in Management Science Engineering from Columbia University and a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from Kuwait University.
